Aptly named, this vin gris is yummy indeed, as winemaker Bree StockMW believes this is how Gris should be: pleasantly pink—aromatics of watermelon and mint, fresh basil, white pepper and slate. The palate is spiced and freshly fruited. Strawberries, white pepper and crisp nectarine flavours make for an enjoyable skin-contact wine that also shows ageability.
