Willamette Valley

One of nine members of PDX Urban Wineries Association. Five different clones are given the white-glove treatment: open-top fermenters, 30% whole-cluster, cold maceration, wild fermentation, 10 months sur lie; wife and husband winemaking team practise minimal intervention with a maximum by-hand approach... in an industrial warehouse. Garnet hue with generous aromas of cedar, blackberries and eucalyptus. Medium body with refreshing acidity and plush tannins. Deep and persistent on the finish. Their Gi-Gi Gewürztraminer-Pinot Gris is also excellent.
