This wine is juicy, fruity and delicious. Honeysuckle and dried thyme on the nose are joined by melon, orange citrus and stone fruits on the palate. There is a slight minerality and only moderate acidity due to warmer temperatures during harvest. From vineyards in Michigan's Old Mission Peninsula AVA, the grapes selected for the 2021 All That is Gold (created only in ideal years) were harvested five days later than the rest.
