This fruit comes from vines planted in 1997 through 2004, and is really starting to come into its own. No malolactic fermentation on this wine, and the oak fermentation is about 50% new oak, for four months with a little battonage. This is a bright wine, with aromas of nectarine and pear flesh. The texture shows with the bright acids really well, juicy Meyer lemon and ripe notes of peach and candied lemons. Fresh and fun with compelling texture.&nbsp;
