Pinot Blanc is a variety allowed in Champagne but rarely bottled on its own. This bottling shows that the Champenoise don't have everything nailed. Fresh, electrifying and with ample depth owing to the 42 months spent on lees. Aromatics of white flowers and baked brioche and an edgy note of seaspray. The palate is fresh, with bitter notes of almond skin, amply textured with citrus and early-season stone fruit.
