Score range: 94-95. From Block 24 of Domaine Serene estate in the Dundee Hills, planted to Clone 777 in Jory soils and crafted by Carl Formaker, this wine was harvested on 3 October 2024. Grace and Ken Evenstad founded Domaine Serene in 1989, and today the estate produces wines from seven vineyard properties planted exclusively with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A fantastically supple and lush Pinot Noir with candied raspberry fruit, warm Asian spices, hints of chocolate, tangerine oil, and flamed grapefruit zest. Full-bodied, rich, and inviting, with a soft, silky mid-palate and a long, fragrant finish layered with brown spice and perfumed rose petal florals. A limited special auction lot bottling for the 2026 Willamette Valley Wine Auction.
