Sustainably farmed fruit from the vast 48-hectare vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills provided the fruit for this 2015. Despite the heat of the vintage, the wine has remarkable restraint, with a fresh medium lemon yellow colour six years on and surprising green apple and citrus notes. The wine is rich but not heavy on the palate, and there is shockingly little development for a wine of this age. Well done.
