Pink florals in the effusive aromatics notes, candied raspberries the Pinot comes from Palmer Creek Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills planted in the late 1990s, and Eola Springs, a cold site (which is often picked three weeks later for still Pinot Noir) Jessica farms each site for sparkling, cropped heavier and with much less leaf pulling. The palate offers tart and bright berries, cranberries, blood orange spritz and strawberry and almond cream. Finishes with generous mousse and tart grapefruit pith.
