From Seven Springs Vineyard on the eastern slopes of the Eola-Amity Hills, where vines are rooted in weathered basaltic clay soils, this wine is crafted by John Faulkner of Evening Land Vineyards. Fragrant, high-toned citrus aromas of lemon, lime pith, and white flowers lead into a silky palate layered with apple and pear fruit, touched by hints of pineapple core. The finish is spicy, energetic, and driven by zingy acidity. A limited special auction lot bottling for the 2026 Willamette Valley Wine Auction.
