The fruit from the certified organic Le Puits Sec vineyard in Eola-Amity hills is whole cluster pressed and racked into neutral Francois Freres cooperage for fermentation and aged fifteen months. The result shows a lovely, bright lemony fruit with subtle, nuanced floral and spice notes. The texture is crisp and fresh, yet there is an exceptional balance between the structure and the fruit, and the wine lacks little as a succinct expression of the lively 2019 vintage.
