Effusive notes of smoky violets and rose petals from this Grenache dominant (90%) wine that sees up to 70% whole cluster. ‘The whole cluster can give a wine freshness in hot years,’ says winemaker Elizabeth Bourcier. It's a pretty wine with dried strawberry fruit leather, bing cherry flesh, plenty of savoury herbals and dried lavender, and it finishes with wonderfully juicy acidity.
