Sparkling brilliance from Marcus Goodfellow, this Willamette Valley bottling blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and the Extra Brut sees 2.5 grams per litre of dosage. Bottled in May of 2022, and disgorged in December of 2024, it sees about 30 months en tirage. Bright and floral on the nose, with dried white flowers, sweet hay, and lemon grass, backed by an impressive autolytic depth of warm biscuits. The palate is juicy with ripe pear and apples, creamy lemon meringue and a rich, freshly baked bread finish.
