Pretty aromas jump from the glass of this single vineyard, Wädenswil Pinot from the old vines at Hyland Estate, one of the Willamette's definite Grand Cru sites. Dusty and taut, with cranberries, raspberry leaf and a gravelly mineral tone. The palate is ripe and fleshy, as ripe cherries, cut ripe strawberries and a savoury mouthful of dried herbs and sea salt carry into a lifted finish.
