The Proper Motion Pinot comes from the Tidalstar Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton appellation,a biodynamic and certified organic site. This wine is made as a barrel selection and shows dark fruits, think fresh Oregon blackberries and newly turned garden soil, on the nose, with whisps of violet. The palate shows generous raspberries, wild blackberries and a savoury close framed by sea salt and dried thyme.
