A selection of the 20 best barrels, this wine is blended across three AVAs, high-elevation Dijon clones from The Dundee Hills and Chehalem Mountains and some lower-elevation Wadenswil from the Yamhill Carlton. It has rich aromatics, exotic spices, smoky rose petals, and a note of rooibos. The palate shows ripe blackberries and sweet fig pulp, brightened by tart pomegranate. There's ample black tea structure and a savoury edge streaks to the finish with fresh herbs and smoked sea salt.
