A ripe and opulent yet bone dry Riesling from the undulating Meyer Vineyard sitting at the top of the Dundee Hills. The aromatics pop with cardamom, spiced pear and flourishes of sea salt. A combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak, combined with six months on the lees, gives this Riesling an impressive texture. Flourishes of Meyer lemon pulp, peach skin and salty seaspray decorate the palate, intense minerality soars across the finish. This wine will be brilliant in 4-5 years.
