This dry Riesling comes from Martin Woods, where winemaker Evan Martin has access to some of the most choice of Hyland Vineyard old vine fruit. This wine carries some botrytis-driven complexity, a hallmark of the Hyland old vines. With subtle white flowers and candied ginger aromatics, the palate is marked by peach skin, grilled lemon peel savoury character, and a rich hint of honeyed ginger finish this wine, which has yet to show itself truly.
