This delightfully spry, almost airy, wine highlights luminous blackberry and raspberry flavours juxtaposed by smoky hints of tar and fur. Vinified using 50% whole clusters and matured 15 months in Burgundy barrels, it's a fresh, stirring Syrah dusted with fine, delicately bitter cacao tannins.
