From the Upper Five Vineyard in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley, this is a brightly styled and classically Old World Tempranillo on the nose. It has aromas of tart raspberries, bay leaf, violets, and early-season blackberries. The palate is loaded with tart Montmorency cherries, notes of spicy, savoury chicory root, and white peppercorn spice. With great tannin and spice throughout.
