Spellbinding aromas of honeyed ginger, preserved lemon, and notes of smoky salt from the Rockgarden Vineyard planted in 2007 by Nina Buty, situated in the highest part of the cobblestones in the Rocks District of Milton Freewater. The site is farmed, organic, and biodynamically. The textural palate is salty and ripe. White dried flowers, sea salt, lemon bee balm, and a savoury note of roasted chamomile. Delicious.
