Robin Pfeiffer’s family has worked this land for 75 years, with vineyards taking over in 1984 – the first in the region. At 215m elevation, Pfeiffer’s vines get warm days and cool nights while growing in Bellpine soil. The Blue Dot civée rests in 100% new French oak barrels for 18 months, amplifying everything. Black raspberry and vanilla aromas cram every corner of the olfactory system, while 100% cacao dark chocolate and cassis flavours coat everything else. Pfeiffer has captured hedonism in a bottle.
