This is a very pretty wine that shows how Pinot Gris can shine. A blend of steel and acacia barrel adds a voluptuous character. Exotic spice aromatics mingle with fresh chopped ginger and ripe rich pear flesh. The palate is creamy and rich with lemon curd, ripe apricot and wonderful tropical elements of guava and papaya flesh. Spiced and exotic throughout the finish.
