Score range: 94-95. This Willamette Valley Wine Auction Pinot Noir (made for the 2026 auction) is drawn from select barrels sourced from Prince Hill Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. The site was established by Oregon wine pioneer Dick Erath, and since 2017 the Duncan family of Silver Oak Cellars has served as steward of the sustainably farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyard. Ripe and full-bodied, with satiny, plump tannins and layers of unctuous dark berry fruit, violet florals, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Gravelly mineral finish.
