The 2024 vintage is being raved about in the Willamette Valley, and this Grüner offers a look at what’s to come. It is fermented in stainless steel, neutral French oak, and concrete eggs. This gives you a wine of complex depth with ample texture. Aromas of honey, ripe mangoes and juicy lemon pulp are lifted by sea air and dried white flowers. The palate is rich, with juicy notes of peach and nectarine, green mangoes and sea salt with brilliant acidity and a finish of fresh herbs and mint.
