The wine’s pale lemonade colour matches the distinct aroma of lemon hard candies on the nose. The lemon theme returns on the palate in the form of a citrus granita laced with ginger. Winemaker Chris Berg attributes the rich textural notes on the palate to the thicker-skinned grapes he gets from vines receiving late afternoon sun on west-facing slopes.
