On the palate, the wine is focused, with superfine, firm tannins framing a linear profile that harmonises profound freshness with fruit density, highlighted by delicate notes of pressed flowers, blood orange, and racy acidity that lends tension to this well-balanced wine—named after Burgundy’s annual French harvest celebration, La Paulée.
