This wine is a gorgeous homage to German Riesling from the renowned Temperance Hill Vineyard. Done in the 'Halbtrochen' off-dry style, this wine offers layers of complexity and concentration. A wet stone minerality backs aromas of cardamom, ginger and honeyed pear. The palate is rich and loaded with complex combinations of flavours that belie this wine's youth. Honeycomb, candied ginger, and lemon peel flavours lead the way with a textured rich finish.
