Screwcap

There's an undercurrent of sweet vanilla oak under the ripe strawberry fruit here, a little honey and candied raspberries too. Berry coulis, dried leaves, and a silky texture. There's more dried fruit here than fresh fruit, offering fig and prune alongside toast and a touch of char.
