Great savoury aromatics and lithe red fruits animate this Cabernet from a region called The Rocks, definitively known for the Rhône varieties that grow there—intense notes of eucalyptus, sage and a brilliant red cherry note. Black fruits and umami richness flash a savoury core of smoky soy and taut early-season blackberries. There's a delicate note to the finish of dried lavender and delightfully dried anise and desert sage.
