A wonderfully bright and lifted red wine made to emphasise freshness, this is one certainly that hones in on crunch red fruits. Aromas of cassia bark, Mediterranean scrub and cut strawberries are highlighted by a squeeze of blood orange that lifts the aromatics. The palate emphasises savoury herbs, dill, thyme and mint mingled with bramble fruits, turned earth and crushed stone.
