The top wine from the Eventide estate site. It will be released in September 2025. Located in the Se Vein estate site, it was planted in 2016; this is mostly Merlot, with 20% Cabernet used to soften the palate. The aromatics are beautiful yet show a feral core, with sweet florals, wild blue fruits, black brambles and wild mint. Tannins and mint this is classically old world, spice box and blue and red fruits with star anise.
