The white wines from The Rocks tend to be more limited, but several are starting to make a great case for the region's terroir. This Viognier offers a bright minerality that buoys the fleshy yellow stone fruits. Aromatics of preserved lemons, sea salt and yellow miso. The ripe apricots and peach flesh get plenty of balance from fresh sea salt minerality and beeswax cut through this wine’s brilliant texture.
