This carbonic Pinot Noir is a pale ruby with garnet hues, delivering a playful and unserious wine. Aromas of strawberry, mixed berries, and mulling spices lead into a stemmy, herb-tinged palate with notes of dried tea leaves, florals, and a cola/sarsaparilla twist. Light on its feet and casual, but made with intention, and delivering what it is supposed to. Best served with a slight chill.
