Fleshy raspberries make way for gravelly, dusty, and ripe strawberries with aged balsamic. Loads of sweet red and black raspberries, dried herbs and gravelly dust mark the palate. Fleshy, fruit-forward and ripe, but maintaining the elegance of the Occidental house style.
