A Texas nod to the Bordeaux Right Bank bottling, with Merlot and plenty of Cabernet Franc. Dried red floral potpourri, a touch of roasted hatch pepper and concentrated black plum. The palate offers an elegance evocative of Bordeaux with notes of garrigue, dried fig and ripe black cherry flesh. A hint of graphite minerality and a touch of black peppercorn carry the finish.
