Cork

This is a crushable, absolutely delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from the William Chris team, sourced from Dell Valley Vineyard and aged 18 months in 25% French oak with some Eastern European oak. It’s better than several $50 Napa Cabs I can think of, and I’d have no problem keeping a case of this on hand for any day cork-popping. Dark berry fruit, cedarwood, and warm baking spices lead the way, supported by firm yet velvety tannins and a long finish laced with brown spice and violet florals.
