From the Lake Chelan AVA in Washington state, Amos Rome makes an array of red and white wines. This Malbec was fermented in concrete tanks, as the name suggests. Bright and blue fruited aromatics with a dash of white peppercorn and flinty smoke. The palate is bright and forward, with very juicy red and blue bramble fruits, notes of black raspberry and a strong tint of cola spice. The palate finishes with a savoury, spicy component that lasts for minutes.
