From the estate vineyard, formerly Tapteil on Red Mountain, this is a savoury and regal bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing plenty of nuance and intricate aromatics of eucalyptus, dried rose petals, graphite and cocoa nibs. The palate leans into savoury dried herbs, dark chocolate shavings, and roast coffee beans. There's a cacophony of desert garrigue, and while it offers a sense of power and dark fruit, this is a wine that will only further age into its refinement and intricacy.
