A full-bodied ripe Gamay from Washington's largest producer. From one of the only plantings in the state in Carousel Vineyard. It's loaded with ripe fruit aromatics, dusty late-season blackberry and crushed basalt at the outset. There's a mineral note to the nose that predominates. Far more broad-shouldered than Beaujolais, this Gamay offers mouth-filling black and blue fruits, crushed stone and savoury herbs. A tiny 473 cases were made.
