Sourced from Angiolina Farm, this tiny production wine is fermented in concrete and steel to accent the brighter elements of Roussanne—bright yet complex aromatics of white flower, bee pollen, chamomile and crushed pine nuts. The palate is savoury, with rich lanolin, baked pear, nutmeg and loads of texture. The finish is lengthy and rich, accented by spicy character and bright acidity.
