This is a brilliant example of Washington Riesling from the Lewis Estate Vineyard in the foothills of Rattlesnake Ridge. Aromas of cardamom, ripe peach, quince paste and honeysuckle point to a wine of depth and balance. The palate has ample richness, and notes of sweet apricot come to the foreground. The texture is lush and fleshy, with ripe pear, peach and lime leading into a brilliant and fresh finish. Glorious.
