A sparkling Pinot Noir that is done in the Blanc de Noirs style from the Breezy Slope Vineyard site, at 520m, in the foothills of Walla Walla Valley's Blue Mountains. This pale golden sparkler shows a lot of citrus and spice—aromas of petrichor, lemon zest and sliced pear with cardamom. The palate is lean and angular with cut apple and early-season nectarine flavours.
