This Chardonnay delivers on balance from the renowned Yakima Valley site, Olsen Vineyard. It was primarily fermented in neutral French oak and concrete, and an excellent throughline of minerality delivers a sense of complexity to this wine. Floral-driven aromas of roasted chamomile and alpine wildflowers with piques of white pepper and a note of baked apple. The palate shows ample texture. Bruised apples, almond pastry cream, and tremendous staying power are on the finish, guided by ripe pear flavours to the end.
