Agglomerated Cork

An intensely fruity wine, with luscious aromas of blackcurrant, violet, black pepper, bramble vine and fennel. The mouthfeel is polished, with concentrated flavours of blackberry and cedar. From the Joseph Phelps clone at Red Heaven vineyard, this was aged in a blend of new, once-used and neutral French oak barrels. Produced in a limited quantity (96 cases), it’s made in an opulent style that feels very much of its place (a hot one.)
