Bright and linear, with plenty of salinity, from the Lawrence Estate Vineyard in the Royal Slope Stoneridige vineyard. Tart and citrus across the palate, crushed chalk, lime pith and salty lemon wedge. Aromas of chamomile. All stainless steel but has plenty of lees contact and lots of stirring throughout to give it texture and mouthfeel. No malolactic fermentation means this wine stays vibrant and light.
