Corfu Crossing Vineyard is a high-altitude site at 1350 ft, lightly cropped, and exposed to the sun early before the vintage heated up. Large Hungarian barrels keep it really reductive. It has a great nose of honeyed ginger and a touch of petrol, with haunting candied peaches. The palate is concentrated and ripe, with notes of apricot, clover honey, and macerated yellow peach. It finishes with a brilliant minerality, fresh crushed stone, and just a hint of saline.
