Rosé

A beautiful pale salmon color with notes of cranberry, strawberry cream, and danish on the nose. Immaculate acidity, elegant, and surprisingly light given length of time of lees (30 months). Fine bubbles, delicate florals of peach and orange blossom, and tart rhubarb and alpine strawberry on palate. Two vineyards from the Royal Slope AVA supply the grapes, with Pinot coming from the high elevation (around 1,400 feet), northwest-facing slopes of Solkasen, helping the delicate variety survive an otherwise semi-arid desert climate.
