Made in the new-classic, chillable red style, this lower ABV Grenache is sourced from an Organic site in the Columbia Valley, farmed by the Roy family. Aromas of rooibos tea leaves, savoury amaro herbs and wild green strawberries, this wine was fermented in neutral tanks via carbonic maceration (uncrushed, fermented in the berries). The palate shows savoury edges, raspberry leaf, wild mint and smoky notes of chicory root, with white pepper and salted red woodland berries.
