This rare Red Mountain white wine has you wondering if it's the sagebrush around the vineyard or the power of suggestion that makes the aromatic shrub so dominant within the wine's aromas. A blend of Rousanne, Viognier and Chenin Blanc done in a mix of amphora, oak and concrete make for a wonderfully aromatic, lively white wine with body and texture. Aromas of beeswax, sagebrush and white flower lead into a palate of ripe stone fruit, mandarin, savoury herbs and pollen. The wine is full, lush and impressive.
