From a cool vintage, this feels like a classic old school Bordeaux. Having spent 22 months in oak, 33% new, this is now round and savoury with a medley of ripe black fruits, graphite, minerals and ink, with some leafy undergrowth tones giving this added gravitas and class. It has a nice weight and an evolved structure and mouthfeel. Drink over the next two years.
